Guest Portal

Once a guest makes a booking with Uptown Apartments, they receive access details for our guest portal, which provides them with an overview of their booking (or bookings if they are a repeat guest with multiple stays), as well as the ability to add concierge services for their stay.

The first section of the guest portal enables you to check-in to the apartment within our system to let us know you have arrived safely. You can also check-out at the end of your stay. If you check-out earlier than the standard 10am time, and inform us via the portal, then our cleaners may be able to reschedule their day accordingly.

The next few sections provide information about your stay and photos of the property, the location of your apartment, and our contact details for getting in touch with us with any queries you may have.

The final section of the guest portal provides guests with the opportunity to book and pay for any of the concierge services we are able to offer for their stay, such as:

Early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability)

Extra beds for travellers exceeding the standard occupancy of the apartment (if available)

Welcome hampers (standard or deluxe) so guests have provisions in the apartment upon arrival

A port-a-cot or highchair if guests have infants staying with them

Luggage storage services if an early check-in or late check-out is not possible

Airport pick-up services (where available)

During stay cleaning services (our apartments are not serviced during the guest’s stay, but a full clean of the apartment, change of all linen and towels and replenishing of consumables can be purchased)
