All our apartments offer guests the following inclusions for every booking at no extra cost:
Prior to their arrival, all Uptown Apartments guests have access to our online guest portal, where they can view and make changes to their booking and request and pay for additional services, such as welcome hampers, airport pick-ups and port-a-cots or highchairs for children.
Our guests are also directed to our online guidebook for each of our apartments. These guidebooks provide detailed information on the apartment and the operation of everything inside the apartment, as well as common areas of the building if it is in an apartment complex. The guidebooks also provide local recommendations, as well as bookable links for tours and activities through Viator – a TripAdvisor travel agency.
