We also utilise the Breezeway cleaning and maintenance management app, which enables us to direct our cleaners to the specific needs of your property. Our management staff then inspect the property to make sure every clean meets our criteria and meticulous eye for detail. Both the cleaning and inspection elements of the app enable staff to log any issues that have arisen in the apartment (with notifications going immediately to management and our maintenance partners) and also automatically schedule routine tasks, such as changing smoke alarm batteries, cleaning air-conditioning filters and the like.
We have built our cleaning and inspecting templates over our many years working in the short-term rental market, and all our management staff have had experience cleaning apartments to ensure they have an understanding of the needs of the job and the importance of this aspect of the business. This also enables us to customise our templates to suit the specific needs of your property.
Our guest survey system also prompts our guests to report any issues with the apartment that we may not have picked up on during cleaning and inspection.
