Zetland is part of the growth corridor of Sydney, just south of the CBD and adjacent to the Eastern Distributor, providing direct access to the airport. Within walking distance you will find the green expanses of Moore Park playing fields and golf course, and Centennial Park, which is well worth a day spent enjoying the lakes, gardens, walking trails and watching horses trot by.
Right next to the apartment is East Village, a new shopping centre development providing fabulous eateries, modern supermarkets and quality retail stores, as well as a child care centre and fitness centre. A decent walk or short bus ride will take you to the shops, cafes and restaurants of Surry Hills and Darlinghurst, while Green Square train station is a short walk away, providing fast and direct public transport access to the airport and the CBD.
The apartment is perched high above Sydney, with magnificent views of the CBD skyline and Eastern Suburbs from the 19th floor. On one side of the apartment you will find a light-filled open plan kitchen, dining and living area, leading onto an entertaining balcony, along with a spacious master bedroom with ensuite. On the other side of the apartment there are 2 further double bedrooms, both with single beds, a main bathroom with bath, small study nook and separate laundry.

The apartment was beautiful with amazing views of the city. Plenty of room for 8 people - all had beds. The location was great - lovely shopping centre with coles and farmers markets for fruit, vege, meat and breads. Also plenty of vibrant places to eat out. Handy bus stop around the corner - make allowances for trip times if travelling to circular quay or suburbs. To ensure you have a a great stay and see all you want to - have a public transport timetable and map handy for planning. Great place to stay. The location is good as it is located across from East Village, so we can access supermarket and food quite easily. Car parking is good too. Can fit 2 cars and close to the elevator. Convenient when you have older persons or children travelling with you. The place is well taken care of. Nicki has been attentive to our needs. Thanks Nicki! This place was great!! We stayed at two apartments while in Sydney (one on our way to PNG and one on our way back home) and this apartment by far, wowed my family! I’m sure if I needed anything, Nicki would have been a breeze to get in touch with but we didn’t need anything. We used the Opal system and it’s easy from this location. Domino’s is downstairs, a major plus when we’d been out all day. The kitchen is well stocked and a market is across the street, so getting food and preparing it was easy as well.
