The most alluring characteristic of this lovely 1.5BR apartment, other than its perfect Potts Point location, is the vast entertaining courtyard. Sit under the market umbrella on a warm summer's day, or enjoy some warming sun an a winter's day and soak up being in the beautiful city of Sydney.
The ground floor apartment offers an open plan living room (with adjacent bathroom), leading into the dining space and kitchen. There is a European laundry with washing machine and dryer, and of course the courtyard with an outdoor dining option for 6 people. The master bedroom has a queen bed, while the second bedroom has a single bed. If necessary, the lounge also folds out into a sofa bed in the living room. There is also a portable a/c unit in the living area.
Should your stay be of a business nature, the CBD is short bus ride away. Alternatively, you can walk there in around 15 to 20 minutes. If your stay is of a more leisurely nature, then why not take advantage of a nice day and walk to the Sydney Opera House, through the Botanical Gardens. Marvel in the plant and animal life and how close it all is to the CBD itself.
If shopping and eating out is what you're in Sydney for, then all that Sydney offers in this regard is on your doorstep. Macleay St in Potts Point itself is just a two-minute walk from the apartment, while Paddington, Darlinghurst and Surry Hills are all within easy walking distance.
As with all Uptown Apartments, linen and towels are provided and wifi is free of charge. There is a large HD tv with platinum Foxtel access, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso coffee machine and an initial supply of capsules. The end result is a meticulously presented apartment perfectly suitable for short or long-term stays alike.

Loved historic St Neot Ave. This apartment was perfect for my friend and I. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed and more. It was clean and hassle free, also onsite parking was a plus. Coming from the country, an outside courtyard was a must for us and this one was great. Perfect location, city view at night was wonderful and Cafes within walking distant. The street felt quiet and safe. Lots of interesting walks down historic steps to the water. We traveled to Sydney from Edmonton Alberta Canada for a family wedding. We found this apartment on booking.com and was located close to where we needed to be and attending a wedding in Darling Park. The location is great with shops and restaurants a short but excellent walk away. 10 min walk to the train and bus service everywhere or we took Uber as an economical option if you don’t want to rent a car and drive on the wrong side of the road. 2 rooms 1 queen and 1 single also has a hide a bed we didn’t use.
