Our guest portal allows us to provide guests with all the information they will require for their stay. We are able to load how-to instructional videos with QR code links placed wherever necessary for ease-of-use. We’re happy to load videos of our owners showing what they love about their home.

Our software has a comprehensive cleaning and maintenance system which allows for individual checklists to be drawn up for each property. This ensures complete customisation of our system to benefit your property.

All Uptown Apartments guests are required to complete an online identity check and sign a rental agreement as an extra layer of protection for your home following our general guest-vetting processes.
