There is a $350 property setup admin fee.

There are no other additional charges other than the 15% management fee.
This is charged on the Rental revenue after any online channel fees have been removed, plus any early check-in, late check-out or extra guest fees which are sent to you. We do not charge management commission on fees paid by the guest which go to us to cover the cost of our services, such as cleaning fees or the provision of portacots and highchairs.
