Guests are able to contact Uptown Apartments by phone, email, via the platform on which they booked, or via our guest portal, which is a web-based application which they don’t need to download - each guest has their own individual url.
Our guest portal allows us to provide guests with all the information they will require for their stay. We are able to load how-to instructional videos with QR code links placed wherever necessary for ease-of-use. We’re happy to load videos of our owners showing what they love about their home.
We also provide local recommendations for our guests, as well as ideas for travel and tours. Part of our onboarding process for new owners is to ask what your favourite local cafes, restaurants, shops and parks are. We love sharing your love of your local area with our guests.
