Full financial dashboard
Once a booking checks out, it is no longer viewable on the owner’s portal. All past bookings can be accessed via your financials dashboard, a link for which sits inside the owner portal.
Funds disbursed monthly
All bookings that check out in a given month are disbursed and paid out to you (less our commission) by the 7th of the following month. Any longer stays that may not have checked out yet are partially disbursed on a pro-rata basis.
Complete transparency
Via your financial dashboard, you are able to view the disbursements of all past bookings, as well as copies of invoices for any expenses that you have been charged. Financial year reports are also able to be downloaded directly from the dashboard.
