All our apartments offer guests the following inclusions for every booking at no extra cost:
Guest Portal
Prior to their arrival, all Uptown Apartments guests are required to complete pre-check-in via our guest portal, where they sign a rental agreement and upload identification which we then vet to ensure they are satisfactory guests for your property.
Online Guidebooks
Once guests complete pre-check-in, they gain access to their own guest area. This online guidebook provides detailed information on the property and the operation of everything inside the property, as well as common areas of the building if it is in an apartment complex. The guidebooks also provide local recommendations and offer guests the ability to book extra services, such as highchairs, portacots or extra linen for their stay.
